THE PRODUCTS
1. Banana Chips (Plantain)
We fry manually, use best plantain banana from Mount Semeru,
coconut oil, and coconut sugar. We can produce in many flavour: cheese, salty, honey, and chocolate.
2. Jackfruit Chips
To produce best jackfruit chips, we sellect special fresh
jackfruit, because only several kind of jackfruit that suitable to be processed. We sellect Kunir and Salak Jackfruit, because
the have good flavour, low water content, etc. that just located in special places in Indonesia.
With stainless steel vacuum frying, coconut oil, special treatment and skill of operators,
we can produce best jackfruit chips: natural, delicious, and crispy.
3. Cassava Chips
We should sellect best cassava to be processed. Best cassava
for chips must fulfill the specification such as diameter, length, where they grow (soil and hight of land), and time for
crop.
To produce best cassava chips, we use good spices, cooking
oil, and process in suitable temperature.
We can produce cassava chips in many kinds of flavour
such hot chilli, pepper, salty, cheese, barbeque, etc.
4. Banana Chips Natural
This is our natural banana chips. We use best plantain from
Mount Semeru in East Java and processed by using vacuum frying. We do not use sugar or other additive. We just process
depend on condition of mature. So we yield best chips by controlling mature level of banana.
5. Pineapple Chips
We use best pineapple from Blitar and Kediri (East Java) to
produce best pineapple chips. We must use small fresh pineapple with lower water content and sweet. In order to increase
the taste we add sugar in the process.
